• The amazing thing about fabric is some issues have easy solutions when in the right hands. If you havean issue with the quality of work or interactions with one of our seamstresses, we can transfer you to working with one of our other highly skilled members. Sometimes different minds have different perspectives and problem solving techniques. 

refunds/returns: 

We never believe throwing money at a problem is the true solution unless the issue is money from the start. Because of this we give you an exact price quote at time of the initial fitting. That being said, we understand we all are human and in extreme circumstances, a refund may be necessary. The monetary amount refunded to client shall not exceed 10% of services rendered.
